Questions, answered
Can players create accounts from the homepage?
No. The homepage creates organizer accounts only. Players register through a tournament-specific link and can access their player portal afterward.
Can public users view tournaments without login?
Yes. Public tournament listings, tournament details and verification pages are available without organizer login.
How does player registration approval work?
Players submit registrations, organizers review them, and approved players move into the approved player list for ID cards, fixtures and certificates.
How are categories assigned?
MartialXPro can preview and match a player category using date of birth, gender and weight against the organizer-created tournament categories.
Does MartialXPro support live scoring?
Yes. ESS provides judge login, arena selection, current match scoring, warnings, penalties, winner selection and connection status.
Can judges login with QR?
Yes. Organizers can generate judge QR login links and PINs for live match control.
How are certificates verified?
Every certificate can include a verification QR or certificate number that opens the public MartialXPro verification portal.
Can player ID cards be downloaded?
Yes. Approved players can download their digital ID card after organizer approval.
How are device limits handled?
The backend tracks active organization devices. Organizers can review device, browser, operating system and last login, then remotely log out a device.
Can fixtures and reports be exported?
Yes. Fixtures support PDF, image and print output. Reports can be exported to Excel and PDF.
Can organizers import players in bulk?
Yes. Bulk import supports CSV and Excel templates for players, academies and categories.
